A highlight of any holiday is sitting down to a scrumptious meal. At Chalina Estate, experienced chef Nangah and his team are ready to prepare whatever you desire from quick snacks to five-course dinners.
Choose from the delicious menu featuring a Taste of Asia – green papaya salad, classic chilli crab or fried fish in kaffir lime leaves – and international dishes from gazpacho to fillet of beef in red wine sauce to apple pie with ice cream. Nangah can also prepare a wide range of vegetarian dishes and will strive to meet any special dietary requirements.
Guests are requested to provide a grocery float in advance (including a 20% service charge to cover transport, deliveries and stock ingredients). Four hours notice is required for lunch and dinner selections.
